01 / NOTICE
Give your feelings a name.
A quick mood check-in makes space to pause. There’s no score to chase and no right way to feel.
A little space for you
Not sure how you’re feeling? Start with a gentle check-in, find a small next step, and make room for what’s on your mind.
No perfect answers. No pressure to feel better right away.
Small steps. Thoughtful support.
Less noise. More understanding.
You don’t have to untangle everything at once. Begin with how today feels.
Put both feet on the floor. Name five things you can see, then choose just one task that needs your attention. The rest can wait for a moment.
Check your basics: have you had water, something to eat, or a break? Pick one gentle act of care. Rest doesn’t need to be earned.
Try finishing this sentence for yourself: ‘Right now, I need…’ There’s no need to make it sound good. Noticing is enough.
Pause to notice what feels good today. Write down one thing you’d like to make more room for, or share the moment with someone you trust.
A reflection, not a diagnosis. This check-in isn’t a clinical assessment.

Find a grounding exercise, a moment of rest, or a simple reflection based on the feeling you choose. Take what helps; leave what doesn’t.
03 / TALK IT THROUGH
Coming soonWe’re building an AI chat for everyday reflection: a place to put thoughts into words and explore possible next steps. It won’t replace a therapist or crisis support.
